I love music from the 1950s until the early 1990s and this is one of the best dance numbers ever made. Some of the best music was made by one hit wonders as this one is. Being a vinyl collector this wasn't issued on a 45 in the USA so I had to have the record store order one from the UK. No way was I not going to have this gem on vinyl. Still have it today.

Was just at a freestyle concert today on Staten Island, NY...didn't know the full lineup until they were announced...well Lulu & Lala mentioned "Temptation" and I said Corina?? This song and a few others takes me back to when I was 11 years old at the skating rink. Holding hands with girls and chewing each other's gum. It was an innocent time when we didn't have social media and people weren't so afraid of each other. I feel like these kids that grow up today really miss something important that we took for granted. I feel like we really know what it was like to fall in love in a deep way. This song reminds me of when the future felt so bright that my heart could well up so big that could explode. It invokes my favorite emotion, which is being happy and sad at the same time.

Fantastic and finding this is like finding an old friend. Had the "cassingle" and listened to it nonstop. Still holds up as a great pop track, and one of the best of that decade for sure. Might do a cover of it for fun, although nothing will hold a candle to the original. This is coming back on heavy rotation for me :-)

Was at the beach back in the day with co-workers. One of them had a radio and this came on. Years later, every time I go to the beach, I put this song on in my headphones. Kids asked what I was listening to and I took the headphones out so they could hear it. The boy says, "That sounds oooooold!" 😅 but the two girls said, "Yeah but it sounds GOOD!" 😊 they asked me to restart the song and then they were dancing to it on the beach. Good times
