I just recently started to sew with cork for bags and your videos are amazing! I appreciate all the tips like the lining resize, L stitch on the birthing hole, when to glue zippers and backstitching at stress points. I’ve binged a lot of bag making videos and they don’t always talk about these finer details/tips. I made the bigger version of this bag and love it! I want to find your video that shows alternatives to bag bottom birthing holes in designs, I don’t care for them either.

Hi Nicole - In case you didn't already know, you can use needle-nose pliers to pull a few of the zipper teeth off the end of the zipper (where the pull is). I'm thinking that would reduce some bulk as you glue inside the cap.
