1:09:17 Ref telling them to "fight clean" while rubbing his eye...what did he mean by this? *Edit: Crazy that the commentators never acknowledge DC's eye-poking (which he did to Miocic a dozen times throughout the trilogy) but the one time DC gets eye-poked, they make a big deal about it. And then right after DC takes that one eye poke, of course he pokes Miocic's eye right away and the commentators completely ignore it, even calling it a "right hand" lol.

Man, as a DC fan watching him go through what he did with Jones, watching him become champ champ was one of the happiest moments in MMA for me. I'll never forget it. DC GOAT. Stipe's chin was something else in the second fight man, you could tell DC was surprised with how much punishment he was able to take. DC hit him with some HARD shots. Third fight I think DC could have had a finish in round 1 if he wasn't feeling guilty about the eye poke.
@rat17 Жыл бұрын
I think people from Ohio don't need to use as much brain power, so they can take more shots. It's gotta be the only explanation for Stipe's iron chin. He fought Ngannou twice and he doesn't seem all that messed up for it.
