Divide and roll: Divide the dough into small, even portions. Dust your rolling surface with some cornmeal and roll each portion into a small, flat disc. Since makki ka atta doesn't contain gluten, it can be a bit tricky to roll out. You can place the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper to prevent it from sticking.
Cook the roti: Heat a tava (griddle) or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the rolled-out roti onto the pan.
