Welded diff? LSD from a BRZ/GT86 is cheap only drawback is the 4.10 final drive but for daily driving not for drifting, Also why no mention of BUSHINGS, you can put brand new coilovers but they will not perform well because of the slop in the bushings. Steering rack for the road feel and connection to the road, front arm bushings (or just replace the arms) and rear subframe/diff bushings to take that "schucking to the side" feeling when breaking traction. You get that breif fraction of a second where the suspension goes from neutral to fully loaded, THEN the interval of time for the torsen LSD to fully engage and lock then you have initiated. New or urethane or even solid bushings will eliminate or lessen and dampen that interval between neutral and fully loaded and make the car feel much more planted and responsive.

few things id like to add my opinion on. -If you can spend a bit more on coil-overs id personally get BC-BR or Fortune Auto 500's -for seat brackets I love my xcessivemfg brackets, on thing is if your over 6 foot they dont let you mount the seat farther back, but i just got some 1in steel plate from lowes for like 10$ and drilled 2 holes in to to move the front mounting holes back about 1.5 inches -i find the LSD to be fine for starting and wouldn't bother switching until you get more into drifting

that’s why the title says “you should do” instead of must have mods lol. ofc you don’t need anything of these things to drift but these mods could make it easier or help when drifting
