There is no confusion it is chaos created by confsing interpretaion of Profit making Capitalism or non profiteering capitalism! Because Capitalistic Theology is a Misnomer!

Why is it specious? Their role is to prevent fraud, I think the burden is on the person making the claim that without regulation no fraud is present. There's also the issue of rational actors (which is not a concept with any merit when considering our cognitive biases), disparity in capacity to successfully file suit and the inherent problem in reaction rather than prevention.

Are you accusing jgwphilly1969 of tautology or hyperbole? Such clarification would serve to elucidate your estimation of Dr. Sen, as, you must be aware that two very differing, if not contrary, perspectives engender the usage of the above rhetorical devices, at least in this instance.

You're using the Simpsons in order to demonstrate your claim? If you want to be taken seriously, cite cases where fraud has been recorded before and after a regulatory body has attempted to reduce it (which may be impossible, given the lack of incentive to record fraud without a regulatory body). Also, in future, use the reply button in order that the person you're responding to receive a notification.
