Thank you so much for this very clear tutorial!! I have been crocheting for 40 years but never tried this stitch, now I quickly got the hang of it and will use it often. It's a really fun stitch to do! And you are right... don't overthink it or you'll get flustered! I think whomever came up with this pattern way back when was a genius! xxoo

I think the problem comes in when the decrease starts. I learned from you, an now it's my favorite stitch.
@sharonhunn27326 жыл бұрын
sandie cook hi there I have a c to c patterned .if my pattern is decreasing by one block . 100 then 99 98 97 and so on do I decrease at one side only this is my very first pattern c to c. I Understand the stitch I'm just not sure about that does it mean my pattern is more likely to be rectangle not square. If it were a square would the pattern decrease by 2 blocks. I hope you understand my question

I know you would like to put the whole C2C thing to rest, but would you consider one more on how to join the squares to form an afghan? Do you have a special technique for doing this?
@darkb4light067 жыл бұрын
marian murphy It's the same as making anything with c2c. You go as wide as you want your afghan to be then decrease your rows.
@ryanspriggs46377 жыл бұрын
How do you join the squares?
@darkb4light067 жыл бұрын
Rya Spriggs You could single crochet them together, sew them together. There's a join as you go method for for joining them that's really fun to do.

I don't see where the problem is. I've seen your c2c videos and you clearly show how to decrease. You clearly show how to increase. If they would just re watch....
