Jesus' words in John 8:58 have been misinterpreted to mean that Jesus is claiming to be Jehovah of the Old Testament. Jesus is talking about his prehuman existence, not claiming to be God. The Greek expression in this verse (ego eimi) is very different from the Hebrew expression found in Exodus 3:14 where Jehovah says, “I am who I am” or, according to some versions, "I will be what I will be." Some Bibles correctly translate Jesus' words in John 8:58 to proper English as "Before Abraham existed, I have been" or "I existed before Abraham was born." In fact, in John 17:3, Jesus referred to his Father in prayer as the “only true God.”

If anyone, after listening to Gary's message, still fails to see, or refuses to see, how Jesus is fully God, there can be no hope for that person. Gary mentioned how Muslims see Jesus as just a prophet like Muhammad. A Muslim man asked for friendship with me on Facebook, a few years ago. I accepted him because, although I knew he would try to proselytize me, it would give me an opportunity to share the Gospel with him. During our talk I asked him if he believes Jesus was a prophet of God .He agreed that He was. So I asked him if he believes the things that Jesus taught. He said he does not. I then said that if he doesn't believe Jesus' teachings, then he must believe Jesus to be a liar. Why would God send a liar to be His prophet? Silence. Then he said, "Islam is the oldest religion in the world." It actually isn't but further discussion was impossible because he removed me as a friend.

I'm just trying to understand here the four symbols you propose in this video are not the same as what I've been taught the only one that matches is John the eagle. from what I thought Matthew was the angel, Mark was the lion, Luke was the ox (or calf), and John was the eagle. I’m sorry pastor but your understanding of LDS belief that Jesus is not God is inaccurate. Since I am a former member of the LDS church I can adamantly state that the LDS people absolutely believe Jesus is God. You may want to check out Dr Michael Heisers teachings re the council of Gods and sons of gods. I no longer believe in Joseph Smith nor the Book of Mormon but have always always always been taught that Jesus was the only begotten son of Father and a member of the Godhead meaning he is God. I am looking forward to Jesus returning and straightening us all out on false doctrines and beliefs. Yours and mine and Catholics and LDS, etc. We all are in need of correction. And as long as we are humble the Holy Spirit can guide us to truth. May God continue to bless you.

It’s the teachings that matter for us to make our own heaven on earth like it was intended to be. What do we have to do to achieve this? People who believe in the Bible, this is a hard pill to swallow but truth is always better out in the light than hidden from you. The Roman Empire has done some very bad things to make themselves more powerful and rich. This includes changes to the Bible. They have taken out the female and made her the bad one. They have changed genders from she’s to he’s. They mix lies within truths. The Old Testament god Yahweh Yaldabaeoth Samael Jehovah is Satan, the loving God is in the New Testament that does not murder or punish but forgives and loves is the Almighty God. Only someone evil will kill punish and have wrath. Judge people including people in the Bible by their actions. This is how you use discernment. Put these people in your mind as if it’s today, would you bow down to someone who is murdering first born babies? For earth to be balanced it needs harmony amongst people in all the good aspects I mentioned above. Care for the planet the water the plants and animals. When we live in love and not hate we don’t have sickness or diseases. Now isn’t this sound better than what we are living in now? When this goes out of wack Mother Nature gives us warnings, when we don’t adhere to them then there is a reset, a wipe out, start from scratch. We are coming close to this time. 2029 is our deadline. Start making changes NOW for our children’s sake Let us be our own kids saviors for them❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

He is the word made flesh (the expression of God made flesh) or as Justin martyr called the “logos” - “reason”. Reason made flesh. This is how the “son” was revealed in Paul and you can “awaken” to righteousness. It’s not a matter of “laws”. It’s a matter of reason. Grace & truth. However Jesus being God’s character made flesh, he was a man like you and me. Tempted by Satan like men, by flesh like men, but never once stumbled and BECAME perfect (Hebrews 5:9) by his perfect obedience TO GOD - even obedience to death on a cross. Jesus loves you so much.
