Try it it's very helpful you just have to eliminate the stuff you like the most and give all your time to God

Great message but how is fasting not required when Jesus (our first fruit) fasted, and later said 'when you fast'

To focus on food fasting is to miss the bitterness of judgment in social relationships. In this political season I fast from blame and ignorance.

Does the length/ duration of the fast effect the strength of the results? In other words the longer the fast the greater the result? Or is it just that you fasted with a sincere heart at all? This is one of the most difficult questions of spiritual discipline for me. I never know if my fasts will be sufficient until I see the results.
