It's an ice cream cake in which we'll reproduce the flavors of the classic "Cornetto" ice cream, with a biscuit base covered with a rich and melting chocolate layer. We are going to make our own homemade ice cream, based on cream and condensed milk, very creamy and without ice crystals.
INGREDIENTS:
For the ice cream:
- Whipping cream (500 ml)
- Condensed milk (250 g)
- Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
For the base and decoration:
- Digestive biscuits (200 g)
- Butter (100 g)
- Chocolate (120 g = 80 + 40)
- Whipping cream (120 ml = 80 + 40)
- Hazelnuts
