Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油 100g / 7Tbsp
Powdered sugar 糖霜 80g / 3/4cup
Egg yolk 蛋黄 1
Vanilla bean paste 香草籽膏 1/4tsp
Plain flour 中筋面粉 120g / 8Tbsp
Baking soda 苏打粉 1/4tsp
Corn flakes 玉米片 50g / 2cup
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 15-17 minutes
摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 15-17分钟

Amazing results. I made this only changes I made were. 50g polenta in with the flour, 1 TSP of cinnamon you couldn't taste it much and I added a bit of salt. Very awesome, almost cake soft crumb. I used a hand beater so didn't whip for long. Thankyou for a wonderful recipe. I will try more now. 🎉
