Hello everybody.
Today I made sweet and salty corn cookies that are addictive.
Making delicious corn cookies was the answer to surprisingly simple ingredients.
That's corn corn flakes!
I put corn flakes in the dough instead of corn
The texture is crispy and chewy, and it's really delicious.
The ingredients are so simple
If you have corn flakes, you can make it immediately !! You absolutely have to make this :)
Product Used
Butter: Elle n Vire (Unsalted)
-Corn Flakes: Kellogg, sugar free (11st.kr/QR/P/16...)
โถ Ingredients (for 10 cookies, 8cm in diameter)
115 g Unsalted butter
100g Caster sugar
42g Egg
145g Cake flour
3g Baking powder
3g Salt
60g Corn flakes
Extra corn flakes for garnish
1) Lightly loosen the soft butter at room temperature.
2) Add white sugar and salt and whip at low speed until the color becomes lighter with a hand mixer.
3) Whisk the eggs at room temperature into 2 ~ 3 times.
4) Sift the flour and baking powder and mix until you can hardly see the powder.
5) Add corn flakes and mix well with a spatula.
6) Scoop the dough with 5cm diameter cookie scoop and apply extra corn flakes on the surface.
7) Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes in a preheated oven. (Unox standard)
Preheat the oven beforehand. My oven is very hot, so if your oven is a normal home oven, increase the baking temperature a bit.
These cookies don't taste good when baked less. Bake enough to give a crisp texture.
