Breeo is probs my best option for the backyard. I have been to a few state parks with the 36 inch fire ring and height adjustable grill incorporated onto it. I have never experienced a better burger in my life. Unfortunately my state park fire pit will be a $1000 with delivery. I think those hens need some more heat and smoke.

Thinking about buying the 24" .. You think cooking in the cold Canadian winter is going to make it harder for me to cook?

May just have to have the grate closer to the fire. Coldest I’ve cooked was only about 30 degrees so don’t know how how really cold affects it.

Is there a wood that is more ideal for cooking over? I usually use Pinon Wood on my Breeo, but I know you can't cook with it...

I always just use oak or hickory. Which both are very popular in the grilling and smoking world.
