If only smoking one pork butt my little PK original is gonna be my choice probably every time. GREAT tip on air flow over cooking temp! I use a Thermoworks Smoke, though, so I don’t have to keep checking on the cook. There’s something really special about the original PK in terms of efficiency. With quality briquettes like B&B oak or Jealous Devil, crazy as it may sound I don’t even have to refuel. And that’s not even wrapping early. Most of mine whether on the PK or the offset my pork butts go somewhere around 12 hrs, with a foil boat for the last few. Ever tried a pork butt in an original PK?

Just got the rotisserie for Christmas, but the spit rod doesn't seem to attach. It seems like its just off in lining up. Sin e you make a comment about having to give it a jiggle, do you have any other thoughts. I've watched a number of videos, but mine just seems off.

This grill has out preformed my expectations. I've only had it about a month kzbin.infoUgkx3c8DmtYRYEKYTiR4g7y6Yc2amUPVs_3X and have used it many times since from hamburgers and hotdogs to smoked ribs and Boston butt. I would definitely recommend this grill for anyone it's a great starter grill if you are not familiar with pellet grills. Easy assembly and temperature control is great

I just now watched this, :o) great video. I haven't ever made one with creamed cheese. The ones I do have varied but I always try to get them so they cut like Salami if they are cold or at least like meat loaf if they are hot. The best ones I have found are spicy, beef and BBQ ed . I like the BBQ Balony wraps also, amazing! I mean , they go awesome with ribs and wings ya know. I think it;s crazy you have 23 hundred plus views and only 80 people thumbs up. Kinda rude really.
