Cornwall Coastal Walk Lizard Point Kynance Cove Cadgwith round

My wife and I have walked along lizards point some years ago. The southwest coast walks are beautiful although this is the only one we’ve done. We’ve seen lots of pictures including yours. We’ve finished Yorkshire and the Cotswolds and are in the middle of Cornwall as you can see. We will watch the others when we get back from Yorkshire. We are living in Florida but are visiting my wife’s mother in boroughbridge. I hope to do some walking with the amblers. You have inspired me. Thanks Frank Green

Hi Frank, sorry for not replying sooner. We are very lucky in England with all the varied landscapes that we have. Our St Maws walk is really beautiful and we made the church our halfway stopping point so we could watch all the wildlife while we had a cup of tea and a sandwich. Our Tintagel and Cadgwith walks are also very beautiful. Hope you had a lovely time at Boroughbridge. Thank you all the best The Taxi Driver

bringing back fantastic memories grew up at lizard and use to play and explore the rocks and hidden caves and bays , thank you so much for making my day watching this will be heading down that way over the coming 4 weeks to try and relive my youth , bless you

Thank you. My grandparents lived in one of those beautiful thatched cottages in Cadgwith, I had many happy weeks there in 1970's. Now I go back to the area for holidays with my own children. Stunning scenery and excellent walks. There is nowhere else I'd rather be.

I agree, this part of the world is stunning, we stayed near Kynance cove in early July of this year and also managed some of the coastal walks, it was really hot but absolutely beautiful, the beach at Kynance is the most beautiful beach in the world, we also preferred lizard point to lands end, we weren't keen on the shopping thingy that just doesn't fit in with Lands end...a great video, bringing back memories as we didn't manage to film much of it...thanks for sharing...Ann :)

Hi Toni, thank you. When you've got sunny weather and scenery like we have in England sometimes the walks just fall into place. Most of our walks are new to us, within earshot Janice gives me the directions of where to go. When I come across a beautiful scene I try and describe what I am seeing and feeling at that moment. We have been very lucky to be able to visit all the places we've been and some of the wildlife shots have been incredible. Our rarest shot was being able to film Ratty by the river in Bibury this is on our latest video. All the best The Taxi Driver

Wonderful footage of some of our special bits of the coast path, thank you. Those strange flowers that you saw coming along from Cadgewith , I saw them the first time we did that stretch. Never seen them before and still don’t know what they are!

+thetaxidriverj We had our first vacation 1991 and also 1993 in Cornwall. We rent a cottage in Traboe on the Lizard and visit very intense the whole environment. There were two "dream holidays". Later we were across the UK go - we love this country and the people very much. (. . . and HM THE QUEEN !!) On my channel are a lot of videos to see: Wales, Somerset Devon and other places. We come back next year determined .... Konrad, Dusseldorf / Germany

That's quite a yomp, and it was warm, well done I enjoyed that. Ive done the kynance to Lizard a few times. Never tried this one, but will give it a go, if it ever stops raining here
