imagine being in the out building conversion with a window looking out at the waves with an open fire and glass of red , bliss

Alcohol (Glass of red) not recommended during a storm. If you take substances which take your brain or parts of it off line then you are not really keeping your eye on the storm. Storms usually pass with safer more peacefull seas after they pass.

Large waves slowed down by 25% look much bigger. This is a BS video.

I find that mildly insulting. Nothing slowed down here. Maybe you should check the wave buoys for yesterday.

@@cornwallguide Ignore the idiots, you could put a screen grab of the buoy data in the video and they'd still argue the toss. For 26th Jan the buoy data shows the wave height from 7:30am to 11:30am was over 20ft with a peak of 26ft (7.9m) corresponding to a massive spike which almost doubled wave power from 47kw/m to 92kw/m between 9:30am and 10am before those waves slowly reduced down to 12ft but still with multiple times the normal wave power by the end of the day. Between 9:00 and noon the breakers will have been huge.

@@moyahughes8986 And you even know where it is?! There was an 18 second period on the swell. Do the counting if you think the timing is wrong...
