Keen to see this on the dyno. The aggressive induction noise is associated not only to the cams but, also the stock ECU VVT tune which at around 3000 RPM makes that note, especially on longer intake systems. Once it's tuned, it will probably sound a lot different.

it would sound allot better with a bigger resonator, these cars need huge resonators to sound good, needs to be in the middle to reduce the long tube droning effect, buzzing in a pop can sound, loose metal noise

It must be so frustrating not being able let her rip. Just got out of a run in myself after motor got overhauled (stock), was worth the wait after 1000km under 3000rpm.
