I am impressed with the layout. I love having a quarter berth, and a settee . This was also used in the much bigger Pearson Vanguard... but is seldom seen on sailboats anymore. These boats aren't meant for ocean crossing...but especially for inland sailing or protected waters, an awful lot of cheap cruising could be had . One has to wonder about the rudder, hull-deck joint, bulkhead tabs and mast support...but stick it in the sea of cortez, sf bay, puget sound, or any inland waterway you can name... and it should do the job fine. In areas where a years berth rent might be double the value of the boat... one can be had for a song. Mighty sweet for the impoverished sailor. This is true of a number of fiberglass sailboats of 25 feet or less. Pick a nice example.

Am I missing something... I do not see a rudder nor a steering wheel or tiller.... can you clue me in as to why, or is it just me being slow?

I take the tiller off and store it below so it keeps the wood in perfect condition and I don't have to lash down the tiller/rudder post as you would do standard at dock causing additional wear and tear

That makes perfect sense. Thank You for the reply, as that through me for a bit of a loop. I watched another video of the same vessel and they apparently take theirs off as well, so I just was not seeing one and lost.
