Coronary Angiogram. Anomalous Left Circumflex Coronary Artery.

Hello sir. I have more o less the same anomalous coronary arteries position. Please reply me back I need to discuss few things. My case is under work up. A small artery is passing in between aorta and pulmonary trunk and I have some symptoms like that ectopic beats, low blood pressure and dizziness

Hi. Hope you feel better. Your doctors can look in detail the anomalous course of the artery. If needed, they might do an exercise test to see if they can reproduce the symptoms.

@@whiteboardandmarkercardiol2787 In my case LAD is arising from the Rt cusp, RCA from aorta anteriorly . ETT was boaderline positive. Left main stem doesn’t exist. Cx from the Rt cusp. And a small vessel is passing between pulmonary trunk and aorta. My symptoms were ectopic beats few months back, after work up ruled out this scenario.
