Very clear demonstration of MB. The hand drawn sketch is helpful to understand what is going in the angiogram. I have a LAD MB. Are there techniques to measure the depth and length of the bridge? Thank you.

Thanks Anura. When we are doing intervention, it’s easy to measure the length of any lesion may it be a stenosis or MB as the radio opaque tip of the coronary wire is 30 mm in length. In other cases there are quantitative computer softwares that can be utilized to measure the length. I hope this help..

We would love to add the details to our document which lists cardiac surgeons etc as we have many members who cannot get appropriate tests/surgery for myocardial bridge.

Hi sir last 10 years onwards I am every day suffering from left side chest pain feeling dizzy. weak.and acidity I had angiogram in Apr 2015 in that report my doctor told me I have miocardial bridging... now I consult another doctor in This year and he also make my Angiogram in Apr 2023 he given report NORMAL EPICARDIAL CORONARIES....but still every day I have Left side chest pain . Feeling weak and dizzyness. Acidity... When I walking or doing yoga I am suffering from chest pain... And. Pressure in my chest ... Doctor told me I have anxity.... But really sir I am suffering every day chest pain ... Every day I am taken beta blocker PROLOMET XL 25MG TABLET.. Please suggest me sir what can I do... I am confused about whether I consider my first report I have Myocardial Bridging. Or I consider my 2nd report this year Apr 2023. NORMAL EPICARDIAL CORONARIES... PLEASE.please.
