If Aaron's alcoholic dad has been physically abusing him, he could've gone to the police himself the first time or go to his grandmother's and she would've helped him there and then but instead, Aaron allowed his dad to physically abuse him day in and day out. In law, that's called condonation.

@@jaredporikos2197 What I don't get is why Aaron thought it was a good idea to take his Dad's weed and share it with Summer despite knowing she previously ended up in hospital with a drug overdose after Simon told her to smoke the so called zombie drug spice back in October 2017. If the police found out about that, Aaron would've been facing charges for possession of a Class B drug with the intent to supply.
