Actually, Lisa was horrified when she learnt that the Chuckle Brothers had been released, probably sensing something like this would happen. She thought they were still behind bars. Then again, it is the same idiotic police of Weatherfield who wouldn't do anything when Justin kept harassing Daisy and arrested innocent Roy when he cleaned up a flat, not knowing it was a crime scene.
