When he was in a relationship with Sean, he had an affair with Todd behind his back and then lied to him about it for weeks which resulted in their relationship with falling apart and the situation worsened when Sean found out that Eileen knew about their affair and never said anything to him about it.

Did Coronation street producers make such a story so that gay Billy and Paul get on with their lives despite Paul`s passed cheatting and robbing. Billy should forgive him and start a fresh new slate and now get married. When Billy`s niece Sommer walked in the room she was very happy and excited when Paul popped the question and asked Billy to marry him. He wanted to get away from Billy and Bernie’s bickering and things took a wrong turn which resulted in him cheating and his money getting taken away.
