Well it's no different to Emmerdale as the main cop who deals with incidents in the village is PC Swirling and he knows and has dealt with pretty much everyone in Emmerdale and you don't often see any other uniform officers other than Swirling unless he's paired up with someone but normally it's just him! As for Coro, Craig lives on Coronation Street and knows everyone so they probably send him to incidents on the street and surrounding based on his personal connections with the residents, Well that's my guess anyway!

Storyline reminds me of myself at school, as i was bullied for a year, i did nothing to fight back, teachers knew and did nothing. Then Mum told me to hit him, She said "If you don't hit him, i'll hit you", She wouldn't but had to make me think so i would have the courage. I hit him so hard that he was on floor crying, then never bothered me after that. Teachers phoned Mum as i told them that i had permission, and she backed me up. Teachers was like "Well his Fathers in Prison, He's had a troubled background etc" and that was their excuse, It's still not a reason to bully someone. I didn't skip school as we got free bus ride to school and back as couldn't walk there and was a special school, was no knifes either but had egg thrown in my hair, water thrown at me and the bully would even ring my home. I just endured it. Once i put my friend in Hospital as i meant to get the bully with the metal gate (that's how much i had to endure) but got the friend instead. Was worried i would be in trouble but the friend thanked me as got a week off school playing GTA 4 which was new ish at the time.

It's so true!! I'm 24 years old and I can honestly say, it's never changed... the way schools handle bullying situations is DISGUSTING. They have ALWAYS relied on WORDS as proof.. actions are proof as well obviously, but hiding those actions is easier for kids to do than adults really think... because kids can be smart and devious little rats, too. I applaud Corrie for how they handled this storyline. Sadism is a real thing, and it's hidden and more affective to other kids in schools than teachers bare to see... when it gets to that point, it's more than bullying. Teachers clearly still don't care, because all they've ever cared about is their job and THEIR reputation as a teacher... it's clearly still the same with headteachers, too.. 😢
