You need to get some 4in exhaust tubing squishy do about two and three-quarter put some side pipes on it just to hear back from the edge of the running board flat black so you don't notice them I had Chrome side pipes on my 56 back in the 80s

I thought about that for a minute! lol. I hit the wrong button and accidentally deleted your comment in the other video about the cross braces under the hood, this truck has never had those since I owned it and I haven't had an issue, I think possibly due to how the '56 radiator support mount vs the 53-55, there are more mounting points at the base than previous years that might negate needing them, I'm not sure but I don't have any nose alignment issues.

hows the steering noticed in the fast forward the truck was going side to side

It's drivable in-town but needs an alignment for sure before hitting the highway.
