Madam, if school does not ensure safety of nursery kids and kids fight amongst themselves and hurt. A mother writes to Principal suggesting some safety measures but class teacher teacher reacted badly on this and started slapping and hitting six year old boy regularly and mentally harassing him. How can she take action against that teacher? How can it be proved? How to punish them?

Hallo Mam. I am fully agreed with your views . And Support you whole heartedly. This is noble work to stop punishment and painful situation of innocent kids . I congratulate you on this . I wish to to say you that Corporal punishment is still being given across the schools and tution classes though it is banned and law has provisions to stop it as it is offensive. And height is that ..such teachers [especially lady teachers (?) ...so called ] are punishing to students even girl kids and ...They are Video Shooting those panic moments of punishments. And then they are uploading those videos here on youtube. They are getting hundreds and thousands views and likes from SADISTIC PEOPLE. She has become the idol for such devil minded viewers and she is giving Titles to the videos ...PUNISHMENT VIDEO. SLAPPING VIDEO. STICK PUNISHMENT VIDEO ..OR VLOG . Means They even don't feel guilty..even not fearful about their deeds and uploads that people will watch it and law may catch us ..as it is in public domain. See the Dares of Such DEVIL Lady Teachers ..of course so called teachers because they even don't have sense if grammar and spelling and they teach that subject. They conduct the classes just to punish the students badly and make the videos ..upload on youtube..get views and Earn the Money .. And Fame also. I tried to stop it. I reported many times ..almost all times . But youtube has even not banned them . Now only law can punish them . I just urge you Mam. Can you help me in this regard? Have a nice day.

Jiss trh hadd se jyada roshni insan ko andha kar deti hai usi trh hadd se jyada aazadi samaj ko bigaad deti hai...isliye nibba nibbi culture start ho gaya hai or logo ko lagta hai bss counseling or pyaar se samjh jayege bacche....discipline and little punishment is also necessary
