Vry well explained Ma'am Corporate governess bt as a professional in my opinion at times we require corporate restructuring.It involves owner ship restructuring, business restructuring nd asset restructuring.The basic purpose of corporate restructuring is to enable the share holder value.A co.shud continuously evaluate it's portfolio of businesses, capital mix nd ownership nd assets arrangements to find opportunities for increasing the share holder value.It should focus on assets utilization nd profitable investment opportunities nd reorganize or divest less profitable or loss making businesses/Products.The co.can also enhance value through capital restructuring,it can design innovative securities that help to reduce the cost of capital.Types of business combination r also important factors in corporate governance in brief in my opinion like merger or amalgamation nd Absorption, Acquisition, Takeover, Holding company etc. including forms of merger.It is a vast field.Good corporate governance should keep all documention nd Transperency nd accountability shud b factual nd clear cut.Vry.Innovative vdo lecture nd inspiring with knowledgeble perspective explained in a simple way.sincerely appreciated the useful Lecture 👍👍
