Indexation calculation bade bade CAs k liye itna critical hogaya ye baat to kuch hazam nai hui. Jiski bhi ancestral property hai unko bahut bada loss hai ye indexation benefits ek din ne wipe out kardena. Specially 2008 se pehle ki properties..uske baad se kaafi price increase huye hai

Really appreciate your efforts sir. But the real estate part was just sheer waste of time. Diplomatic answers and no rebuttals. Further, long term debt has surely increased. Only those rich are benefited who do trading with properties. A middle class person who treats property as an asset has to definitely now pay more tax.

If a middle class builds up his assets with properties then he may not be a middle class and if a middle class invests in a property for residential purpose why does he need to care about paying taxes😁

Sir, Income tax me LTCG me pehle se hi yeh option tha to sahi ki without indexation aap 10% par tax bhar sakte ho ya 20% with indexation. Yeh to koi new thing nai h just rate badaya h. 2nd thing Kapoor sir ne jese kaha ki commercial me invest karna chahiye. Commercial projects ki ad to Roz FM par ati h Sharda or Amity University k jese but sabko to D.U. or Kolkata k St. Xavier me admission Lena h. Commercial ka logic bethta nai h Sab digital h, Nuclear offices h, wese hi "For Rent" k board bahut zada h to doubt ata h commercial projects par. Just my opinion. Nothing to harm or damage image others.
