You transferred manager's exp to pnl saying it is expense but didn't transfer salary to pnl . Why? Salary is also a type of indirect expense and is shown in pnl.

If the accounting is based on the accrual principle, than the question of Payment of previous year’s outstanding salary hitting current years P&L Account does not arise at all. A provision in previous year would have got created under the head Outstanding Salary and would have impacted your previous years P&L Account already.

4 years is long gap, so there are high chances that they will ask you questions on gap for sure, and must be some reason you stopped working for years ago. You can either share your reasons with them or answer that there were some personal reasons which you can't share.

Without satisfactory answer chances are they won't select you. But who knows they might hire you without even sharing the reason. So at least do try once. You might kickstart your career again. All the best ✌️

When there no sufficient information is given, we are allowed to assume the situation and answer accordingly, so if you want to assume it, you can assume and pass the entries accordingly
