When playing this for the first time, I was apparently on the right track to the good ending, but when rushing through the intro to get back to the point where I died by the red skeleton (because I went into the game not knowing what to expect and didn't know how to save either), apparently I accidentally chose to be mean to Yuka without noticing (since I was rushing) and she said no when I tried to take her to the bathroom. I was on the right track towards the good ending my first time through, and that happened. Derp troll.

Because she died. Humorously, that was specially added for the english translation, it wasnt in the original. Its supposed to lead up to the fangame corpse party if, i believe, of which I know nothing about, other than it's a continuation of this ending plus havingayumi dead, making yoshiki the sole survivor.
