I am glad he has a pet… I’m aware of his mental and physical illnesses so I hope the kitten helps him threw it all. I know mine did. I cave crippling social anxiety that causes me to not go anywhere without my mask, music on my phone, and my hat to cover my eyes… so yuh. Lol

My cat actually knows when I’m having anxiety and will NOT leave me alone durring an attack.. he even lays on me and to me it’s like preforming DPT. There’s also been times I let him under the covers and he’s slept there while I hugged him and cried.

I also have social anxiety, I always have a cap on when leaving our house, when I don't have it, I just stare at the ground and wish it would swallow me. Man, I wish I can adopt a furbaby but I have fur allergies so I can't have any of them. But there are stray cats in our street that I always feed it's just sad that I can't take them home 😭
