Hi Dennis. Next time you’re in north Chorpus would you go by a house at 1323 Chapparal st. Corner of Palo Alto. My friend refurbished it 12 or so years ago. It’s an historical home. There was an old fire station behind. I don’t know what Harvey did to it. Gracias!

Breakfast restaurants in Corpus Christi? My favorite would be Hester's in Lamar Park. Chops and eggs is good. I would be guessing at any place else but I have read on Facebook that many people like a place called Andy's kitchen.

Good morning. Do you know when I was watching the local news this morning they said that rain won't call anything off for some reason but I'm looking forward to it. It will help keep the dust down. That observation area is really neat and there's a pretty good viewing area under the bridge on the opposite side. Thanks for checking out the video.

I don't recall seeing any no fishing signs. I stayed with friends for a month two summers ago just across the bay and the fishing from the back of the property was excellent

The lighthouse is looks like the back corner of it is just hanging over the edge of the foundation. That new bridge is going to be fairly tall. Can't beat a good Philly cheese steak. Except maybe fajitas. Lot of new development going on in that area. Nice sunset. Take care brother 🤝

@@dennis78382 I enjoy your videos,but don't comment much.North Beach is like a quiet park,its a beach to hang with family and friend to enjoy the day,sunbathing,hanging in the water with not to much concern of fearious rip currents,unlike the other beaches where you go mostly to see and be seen and act accordingly,I hope North Beach never lose that quite,fun appeal.

Ive been traveling down to the CC ,Port A area almost every year since 1988.So many changes since then.The sandwich shop use to be a grocery store...The Radisson use to be the Best Western Sandy Shores...before then it was a vacant lot.Ive had my Mustang on the flight deck of Lady Lex for a car show in both 2014 and 2019,not to mention all the MustangFest car shows in Port A starting in 2010.Such great memories.I could go on and on...lol

Good morning Jamie. I would imagine bike anything occasionally it will be vandalized or that someone will use it as a restroom and they will shut things down. For the most part whenever I've gone there it has been unlocked and open. There is the other viewing area on the other side that I showed at night when I did the bridge and the last night the lights were on. Hope you're having a good day my friend

Good morning Dennnis! Great livestream last night, it was nice to actually talk to you for a bit. That lighthouse is going to be something else. I was gonna ask how tall it was gonna be and you already answered. I think the tallest one on the great lakes is something like 109' so that is going to dwarf that. Not only is it tall, it looks so big around. Can't wait to see the finished product. Sounds like they are really fixing things up down there so maybe I should wait a few years before I ever plan on coming down. It is an interesting place to make videos though. Are usually get over there in the morning before all the homeless people come out. Since that is a tourist area they are pretty thick over there. Good morning my friend. I am not going to get the windshield replaced until I have to. I've had so many large stones bounce off of it. There's nothing but construction in this area so if it reaches a point where I can't see or I get a warning from a cop then I'll go do it. I haven't had a cheesesteak in Texas Calvin. I've gotten some good sandwiches that called them selves Philly cheesesteaks. I have learned not to eat cheesesteaks in Texas and not they eat barbecue in Philadelphia. I also don't eat soft pretzels or cheesecake down here for the same reason. I hope you're doing well amigo.
