This is a true artist, and I have already learned a lot from watching a few of his videos. He's a true artist, working from just the primary colours, black and white, mixing most of the colours he needs before he starts, placing them logically in order on the palette, showing that you don't need to buy a box of 30 different colours. This saves time, rather than the "mix as you go along" approach. He's not afraid to work over the black background, rather than paint around the area of the flowers, and it helps give the petals the appearance of transparency. Really beautiful results,

Wow, loved your way of handling the paints. The roses seem so real and soft. The only thing that disturbed my eyes was the leaf in the right hand corner above, because while viewing the picture our eyes go first to that corner. Thanks for sharing your work 🙏
