If you're measuring and the tape is too short, wouldn't you add to correct the measurement?

Siiiir. Sa example number one po, sa may L' since Ct is equals to -0.0228, eh diba too short po then we subtract. So L'= 205.32-(-0.0228)? Or hindi na po imamatter kung anong sign nakuha kay Ct basta pag too short we subtract whatever the sign of Ct is? Like sa ginawa niyo po na L'= 205.32-0.0228?

Bro what is the difference between absolute length and nominal length?

Based on my readings, the absolute length is actually the true length of the tape, that is, the nominal length +/- the correction.
