Theres truth in what you say, but from my personal experience, the inmates usually pay a female (a woman has more holes to hide stuff) who never even considered the job anything more than a gig, and a chance to make quick cash! Often times she belomgs to the same gang as the prisoners!

And that’s the problem you’ll never get rich being an officer. If they were so important why not pay them as such? That would eliminate a lot of problems. I was a CO for 15 months, and let me tell you how unsafe, unsanitary and the hate from co workers are just some of the psychological traumatic things you deal with daily. The training isn’t even good. As long as you keep hiring anybody and not properly training them consistently and not paying them in a way to where they can get rich this will keep going on and on.
