Awesome cut!!! ... I learned a lot. Most groomers don't know how to groom Bichons. They try to cut them like a Poodle or Maltese. I have a 4 years old female Bichon, no stains around her eyes. I would love to find a groomer like Jay. I am located in Arlington, Texas.

What an EXCELLENT VIDEO! This has helped me a lot. I always wanted to learn how to groom my two-year old Bichon. I purchased a Grooming Table with Adjustable Arms and also a noose together with it. I just don't know where to purchase the right clippers or snap-ons that you showed on your video. If you would be kind enough to let me know where I can buy and what brand would be best for my Bichon. Thank you so much!

The combs he used are Wahl snap-on guard combs. It's an 8 piece set and basically everyone has them. They're about $40 on amazon but a good site for good grooming supplies is www.PetEdge.com

I hate groomers that don't realize they are working with a living being , he doesn't even have a moment to praise the dog for standing still or pet the dog he just wants to show of his skills , what a heartless person he is just janking the dog around , i would never let him groom my dogs , i don't care about your skills if you handle my dog like that , I'd rather go to a groomer that is not as skilled but loves what they do and shows compassion for the dogs they are working with and make sure the dog is comfortable and not stressed out or traumatized from a groomer

Oh geez. If the dog is allowed to do whatever he wants, the lines won't be straight, and he'll be in danger of a scissor or clipper blade to the face while he tries to see what the groomer is doing. I promise your groomer does the same thing, and it's fine. 😂

This groomer is scary! 😨 Bichon's are sweet natured yet he is being inhumanely roughly handled? The way he holds the muzzle and pulled its tail to change its position is questionable!! Towards the end the poor dog is panting heavily.😟

you must not be a groomer...would you rather him loose control over your pet well its being groomed and it get injured...all it takes is a pet moving at the wrong moment to loose and eye or get cut. everything he did was in a quick and professional matter..why does everyone think groomer play with dogs all day.
