Just a philosophical question this might be, But why do we always look for the middle, most common, majority, when we are all different and it takes us all for the world to succeed. Or rather we are all in this world why does everything revolve around the majority of data?

For correlation can’t -1 and 1 be acceptable values for r or can it only be between
