Xavier Woods shows that if you take ownership of your role you will either succeed big time or fail but when you succeed your boss will know it was on you. Xavier was confident about himself and put on the work to get himself and his group over. Now that AEW is picking up talent everywhere I feel more wrestlers will bet more on themselves and if they fail, they go somewhere else. This is what missing in pro-wrestling. Even if the New Day right now are not main eventing, they know that they could main event if needed to. They know they could put their realease letters today and main event somewhere else. We need more guys like that if we want wrestling to become big again.

Xavier with the New Day was able to go one on one with the great one (The Rock) on the microphone. He knows he is that good. Even if WWE is keeping him on the undercard he knows he is that good. He knows the if his contract is up he will be able to negotiate a bigger deal, and if not he will take his services to Jacksonville (AEW).
