So obviously Gail would drop the hillman surname, for very obvious reasons, but goes back to Martins surname, her ex husbands? Wouldn't she have gone to her maiden name?

Yea it doesn't make sense, maybe it's so she has the same surname as David and Sarah possibly.

The whole Joe story line was so lame. Joe takes off and assumes Gail is going to stay and lie and break the law and commit insurance fraud. Seriously stupid. Oh the irony of Joe drowning. That was the only realistic part
