NGL, the more I see Camilla in situations like this, the more I respect this woman's absolute *tenacity* to reunite with her sibling Corrin. Also there's something neat about both of the FE Dragons Lords teaming up with each other.

I agree, it felt like some VAs in fates were just too busy to reprise rolls or they just slapped the whole cast of Fates together to get it out on time. Hinoka was the same, Voiced by EG Daily in Fates aka Tommy Pickles from the Rugrats and All Grown Up. I think Cindy Robinson was a good permanent VA for Hinoka sounds similar but at least I don't hear a faint Tommy Pickles lol. Paula Tiso was the better fit for Camilla, but maybe they wanted Camilla's voice to be misleading. If that was the case then Misty Lee does do a great job as Camilla. It's gotta be tough being a voice actor, we always critize them when in reality is the Voice Director's fault for who they cast and how they direct them.

Definitely changed. Her older voice had a mature tone to it and was sultry. This one sounds rather child-like. This new voice don't fit in my opinion. It could be I was used to the older one, but given her "personality" it don't seem to work so well.

How do u beat this paralogue on maddening??? Is there a cheese strat with warp or something? I'm getting constantly bombarded by like 5 griffin knights at once every turn 😭

The enemies' levels and classes scale up with Alear's level. I made this paralogue while most enemies were still unpromoted, so the infinite spawns that appear from the bottom of the map were Lance Pegasus instead of Griffin Knights. This level is doable on Maddening before Chapter 14, which is when I did it. Unfortunately, my Alear leveled up too much, and now the enemies in the Hector and Soren paralogues are promoted, and I think I'll do them after getting Seadall and maybe the Eirika Emblem. I have the feeling that Wave 2 paralogues are designed around the player doing them after getting Lyn, Ike, and Corrin, but I just did Camilla's before getting Corrin.

@@swhawk Out of curiosity, what happens to the scaling if Alear reclasses or goes back to level 1?

@@herlocksholmes9341 As far as I know, it counts the "internal" level, meaning how many level ups you've had. So resetting to Lv 1, even going back to an unpromoted class, would not scale the enemies down. If Alear's internal level is around 20 or more, that's when enemies become promoted, from what I saw. I started Camilla's paralogue as a Lv 11 promoted Alear (she promoted at Lv 10), and the enemies were unpromoted Lv 20. Alear leveled up through the map to Lv 13, and now Soren's and Hector's paralogues have promoted enemies, though Hector's are one level higher than Soren's.

I beat this when I was around chapter 23 Maddening, since the enemies scale it was uh quite a experience, but Lucina, Lyn and the Three houses emblems give you more bows to help deal with the flying horde, tho I wound bench any just axe users like Panette for this map. Somewhere in the middle of the map I managed to establish a choke point since my Goldmary was too tanky to take dmg and my Yunaka was too dodgy for them to hit. Eventually Camilla came to hit me from the other side where I was able to isolate and kill her.

Camilla’s new voice is better imo. But she has already had this voice actress for 6 years in Fire Emblem Heries. Some people didn’t know about that I guess

I know, was caught abit off guard with teh change as I was VERY use to her actors from the OG! Hinoka I get as they changed her actress after Fates, but Camilla was a shock for me abit! I actually liked her actress (even if every word that came out her mouth playing camilla made me feel like "I need an adult" LOL) so I'm going to miss that one (not that I hate the change, it's going to take awhile to get use to the NEW VA is all for me. She does still plays Camilla well as the old one though!) Going to be said if they ever use Ferdinand in future Fire Emblems with what happened to his actor! Happy he was able to put on one last great performance before he went in Three Hopes! Rest in Peace Billy Kametz! I'll be keeping my copy of Three Houses and Three Hopes as long as they last in your name (Ferdinand is on my top list of Fire Emblem Character's I love in the entire series! Billy did a good job playing him and he will be sorely missed)
