Now a days cesarian sec rate has been increased due to increased fetomaternal monitoring and due to which maternal and neonatal mortality is decreased in past women were dying of PPH iufd leading to DIC and so many complications related to normal delivery so an obstetrician ought weight the risks and benefits of both Cesarian sec and svd and decide in best of mother and the fetus..

Not a true description for majority of professionals umar bhai. Might be true for major private setups. But they don't represent the majority. Its kind of one sided story and might only be true for 5 percent. Your patient education points are spot on. What we need is a mother's education definitely. Mode of delivery is always normal and only patient has the autonomy to choose or change her mode. Even an emergency need of c section is a consented and informed procedure. Most of women take c section as an easy way out . A professional never forces their opinion upon a patient . They are counselled regarding any relevant complication. Some times a professional is forced for a c section as they can't deny patient autonomy. And its true for 95% of professionals.

Puri gynae ki rotation mein nights jaag jaag kar that too in december ki thand mein normal deliveries ki hain housejob mein idk ye forced csection culture kidhar exist karta hai hum tou aakhri moment tak koshish kartay thay k even episiotomy bhi na dein primi pt ko. unless absolute indication of Csection ya decelerations hon sab normal hi hota tha

Unfortunately in Pakistan educated women have no knowledge about her basic health, they don't know the indication of their previous cesarean etc . I don't know why they r not asking to their doctors or why doctors don't informed them about reason 🤔 ( I did work in KSA system & u can say new in Pakistan & getting different experience of lack of knowledge in patients 😮 Pregnant with extremely bad health status , anemic , low birth weight babies & history of death 1-2 babies due to poor follow up
