They look great! Just a little tip though, a good way to help with the mold lines in the future would be, instead of just putting them back in the cups you used to make the molds, wrapping a bit of masking tape around them to seal them should create a tighter seal. That's just a little tip I learnt from dice making!

Hey Jazza. I just wanted to convey my thanks to you for reawakening my passion for drawing. I used to draw a lot in my youth but haven't put pencil to paper since my teen years, and I'm now 43. I was shocked to discover I'd forgotten everything I used to know. So i'm finding myself having to relearn some basic techniques, which I am doing thanks to your sketch pack. The only feedback i can give is to try using some other kind of paint or finish over the paint as these look really "chalk-ie" and look like the paint would chip off really easy. Oh! Those are the Hardcore line of spray paints! I recognized them because I use them for doll customizing all the time. I wonder if you got mixed results because you weren't waiting properly inbetween layers, since they're made to cure and harden. Or possibly it might be because of the moisture from the rain. Just throwing that out there because I personally love the vibrancy of the line of colors, and I didn't want you thinking that they couldn't work. I would suggest giving them a try again in the future, as they really do add lovely color coating to pieces.

I think the problem you was having with the paint texture is due to the temperature of the paint cans. I used to get the same problem if I leave them in my garage. Need to let them warm up a bit before using them!

I am not a big Pokémon fan but I really like the creativeness of the characters and art style. I remember back in the 2016 days when Pokémon was way more popular my friends and I would make are own Pokémon characters and are own games. I would love to see Jazza try that with out the 3D Effect he did on his other video.

I did it quite oftenly and as long as curing time is not that important, i would not recommend two minute resins. There are resins which cure in 10 minutes and i personally prefer them. But for me 3d printing is still the winner ^^ The problem is, if your silicon molds are made this way, they won't hold that long. Some few casts and it might gets ruined faster than you would expect. But i agree, it is fun to make :) I also enjoyed to get some experience with it. But for me, 3d printing is the way to go.

That texture you got from the spray paint is from particles of paint drying before they touch the surface. This happens in low humidity climates, and can usually be fixed by holding the can a little closer to the surface

I think your issues with the spray paint was because you were spray-painting when it was raining so there was a lot of humidity in the space you were painting that was open to the outside.

Chubbitchu , survived an acid attack . Jazz I like the new experience with new art crafting. But the silicon mold should not be cut randomly in different directions, you can leave a piece of plastic sheet againd the wall of the cup to ease the cutting and extraction process of the toy with minimal damage to the silicon . You need a setup like the dental lab technician has . There are drills can be used to shape hard stuff and polishing tools to bring out the gloss
