fiesta9017 yeah it’s definitely one of those must have mods! Got loads of cosmetic things in the pipeline including some new handmade handbrake and gearstick gaiters. And then some more maintenance tutorials too! Only thing holding us back is the Scottish weather 😂

I’ve just had mine delivered today really want to fit it but I’m worried about it maybe being today hot with the recent weather would you recommend waiting for the weather to die down or maybe fitting it when the sun goes down ?

Brandon Santos thanks! This one is specific for VXR models, so for this to fit another model, you’d have to attach a VXR spoiler first. I have heard of someone modifying an Astra GTC spoiler extension to fit a regular Corsa Limited Edition. But it didn’t have quite the same effect.

S.J Dulev hey thanks for watching! The curve is too steep to fit regular spoilers, not sure about the XP spoiler.. But I did see a dude modify the Astra spoiler extension because it’s not as curved. He trimmed the edges off. I would ask on a forum if I was you to see if anyone has done it already.

VXR Steve thank you very much dude! Really strong other than a tiny bit of lift at one side, although that’s fairly common. I just dribbled a touch of glue in the gap to ensure it sticks strong. Totally changes the look of the car! I love it!

tino barbera no you shouldn’t have to. You should be able to attach it underneath. You may have to jack it up for access.

To my knowledge the VXR spoilers are the same on the D and the E models.

tino barbera that’s part of the fitting video though dude. If it does, I’ll be sure to let my viewers know and offer advice on refixing. We were following the instructions to the T. And so far no lifting at all and Scotland has been windy!

tino barbera yeah it’s 3M tape. Very strong stuff. I suggest following our hearing method too, adds a lot of tackiness to the glue and makes it stronger. And you can always glue it down once you’re happy of the placement although it would damage the paint if you ever took it off after gluing it
