Love this series of mouse . Recently replaced my elite with another, didn't realise this was available at the time , since fixed my old elite and swapped out the switches with Kailth GM8's blacks,slightly more tactile I feel than the Omron with a hair less actuation force , tempted to swap my Omrons out in the new one now lol.

Nice review mate, well presented and some lovely shots. Got this mouse as I loved the original M56 build quality, something I would have liked would have seen - Wireless charging..also really not getting the tilt feature :')

Wow the iCUE software looks amazing! It looks so much more feature packed than Razer Synapse and G Hub but easier to understand and manage, that mousepad calibration was sleek as heck.

@@jordanash That was the issue with previous editions. Double clicks, scroll wheel & left click not working etc. I had to RMA about 3 of them in the past. I actually stopped using the M65 even though its one my favorites. Now I got it back on my desk. It's perfect FOR ME when I am playing sniper classes in BF. Thanks for great content!

Got mine today and holy shit does this mouse feel premium! ....except for that wobble. I do wonder though if the sides are a tiny bit curved to make the tilting feel less awkward. By the way about the 8khz setting, my i5 8600k uses up about 13% on mouse movement at 8khz polling, but it almost doubles if I have more than 1 mouse plugged in, even if I only move one of them. I am not sure it is necessary for games, but it feels smooooooooooth!

Do you notice any difference between the left and right mouse button? My friend and I both bought the wireless version and the left mouse button is slightly harder to press and has a more audible click as well. It registers the clicks just fine though. Saw some people on reddit who RMA'd the mouse for this reason and their replacement had the same issue.

I don't no, I think the right is ever so slightly harder to press. But to be fair I'm used to left clicking more, so that might just be a muscle thing

Could you use the tilting to use a customized action other than movement? For instance, tilt to the side to reload or tilt forward to play/pause music? Basically great it as another button?

if my keyboard is logitech, and my mouse is m65 pro. can the software(ICUE) set the macro with the keyboard button such as (ESC)、(F1) or some button in the keyboard?

I would use the tilting if I could keep gliding the mouse securely across the pad while tilted for leaning, like with my Swiftpoint Z. WTF were Corsair thinking? Would have been the perfect shooter version of a Swiftpoint Z, so sad because for my grip it still has the best shape.

I absolutely love the feel of this mouse. The only downside is the switches, they are optical and faulty. I've had two of them and both had the same double press or not clicking at all. Such a good design thrown away with faulty sensors.

Optical switches are very recent and they don't have click problems. Your mouse should be of earlier release which had omron mechanical switches.

Is it possible that you need to go into the device settings in the icue and turn off the button optimization? Cause that 'feature' can cause missed clicks.

Thanks for the review. I have the M65 Elite RGB and I got it 2 months ago. Issue is, the left click is already giving me a huge annoyance. It doesn't register nearly 40% of my clicks and after further digging, it appears that it's a notorious issue. Its all over Reddit and even on KZbin. I'm curious, are you facing any left-click issues? Is the left click wobbly and squishy or just solid?

You're welcome! I've seen that's a pretty common issue, how annoying. But this left click feels pretty solid to me.

My og m65 in blue led, not rgb, is still going strong. My g903 with omron switches has a bad right click. I think omron switches just suck :/

I'm interested in the wireless version of the mouse however people mentioning issues already with this mouse generally is pretty concerning. The tilt could be used in FPS games that allow tilt /lean/peaking around corners or walls, otherwise might be something for developers to consider future implementation.

Got this for a month now. One thing that I hate is that the material (so the black part where you always lay your hand on) gets greasy and feels cheap material. The previous ones were a lot better and never had problem with this. But overall i love this mouse

I just went to best buy to purchase this mouse, there were 2 on the shelf. I took it to checkout, the person scanned the barcode and their system said that the item is recalled and the person said that he couldn't sell it to me, because it has been recalled from the manufacturer.

@@jasonmitchell2503 yeah... I ended up buying a Logitech g703. I really wanted the M65, but I guess they have a few issues to iron out. I am pretty happy with my g703 though. I also own a G Pro from Logitech, but I find it too small, which is why I set out to get the M65, it just seemed really comfortable to me. I will eventuality pick one up. 👍

wait how did you gety 8k polling? on the webpage it says it can only do up to 2k. also they just made a white version which should fix the oil issue EDIT: Nvm i think its only 2k becuase im looking at the new wireless version. Corsair could really do a better job at naming these mice variants lol

I really want this but I’m kinda scared of buying this mouse. I’ve seen some reviews and I see a lot of 1 stars and nearly all of them are complain about one thing, and that it left clicker stopped working after the first 3 months. For the ones that brought this have you encountered any problems with it yet?

It’s a year late and this comment if for future buyers. But I’ve recently had the right clicker start to feel soft and unresponsive and yesterday my mouse 5 button started to feel crunchy like something inside was about to fail. The mouse is a little over a year old.

I was looking that up, and it seems that none of the Corsair mouses support tilting the scroll wheel. This particular mouse has not enough buttons for me, but i am looking if those gyroscope functions can fill these in for me.

I got the M65 PRO GRB, tired of being connected, Looking at the SABRE RGB PRO WIRELESS CHAMPION SERIES / DARK CORE RGB PRO Wireless Optical. I honestly don't need the extra buttons, I just wish this company had a mouse with more GRB but fewer buttons, cause at night the mouse is rather lame when it's not showing lots of lights, unlike the mousepad and keyboard., Then whatever else that's in my case

If it's catching or scratching, that would make me think the weights aren't screwed in enough. The pads are higher than the metal
