Corter Leather I am so glad that you did this. It was very helpful. You’re a natural at it. I really liked hearing your thought process. I would be super interested in a video on a tri-fold. I get a lot of requests for them and really struggle with the layout and spacing. I make it work but it’s not enjoyable. Thank you again!

Eric: First of all, it is very nice to finally meet you. This was probably the most enjoyable, easy to understand video on designing. Not necessarily leather wallets, but the process of gathering information and converting it to a usable physical item. I completely agree with your design philosophy. Form follows function. Again, my thanks for all the work you put into making all your videos. The camera work is terrific. The shots of the leather deliveries was wonderful (Christmas time?) My favorite was the lighter wrap. I made one. It works. Your sewing in mid-air still makes me wonder why you don't use a pony. I suppose to each his/her own. Stay safe and profitable.

I loved this video, esp as I’m hanging out solo these days. So it was like having company while I make. Or teacher here with me.. I’d love some others for sure. I can’t print stuff out so when I buy patterns I’m drawing them by hand. Hearing measurements spoken or written here was the best. Using a ruler against the computer screen was rather painful. Getting better at guessing sizes etc. 😏 Thanks again from Australia 🇦🇺🌈🌻🌟🦋

I think this is a great video for a basic wallet design, but it would be great to see a bi-fold wallet designed with multiple pockets. A video showing the design of the "T" shaped pockets and how you obtain those dimensions would go a long way to help us with building those kind of wallets. Where I've have stumbled in the past was designing those pockets so that they operated well and not be too small. I have it down now, but I made a lot of mistakes getting those more complicated pockets just right.

also, I would love to have the pattern for that card holder wallet. I think its called a "Gym Wallet". - I carry my wallet in my front pocket. I only have a couple cards and my ID. (My wife doesn't let me have any cash) and I hate big bulky wallets. My current wallet is made of this amazingly thin leather. only .4mm thick, with what I think is silk lining between the layers/pockets. - Its getting really tired though, so its time for something new. The thinnest leather I have on hand is 1.2mm and I don't have a splitter. ho hum.
