Hi from your newest subscribers! That whole area is our playground on our little boat. We head out from Secret Cove and our usual area is Desolation Sound, Toba Inlet “Cor-tez” is also how we pronounce it and yes, there are bears in the area. Rare, but there are black bear sightings on that island. Black bears and grizzlies roam the more unpopulated mainland forested areas of BC. We love Squirrel Cove and Gorge Harbour on Cortes. There are many great coves and bays in that area. Thanks for making your videos! We only haphazardly collected video clips and dumped them into videos, but we’ll make more of a concerted effort going forward. Cheers from us! PS, we have some serious boat envy, lol.. Love your boat!

Have spent time at the Seattle Yacht Club property in bygone years. Nice to see it all again. Btw, it’s pronounced ‘Cortez’, with emphasis on the second syllable. Love your stuff!

That is the best.Everyone should be able to get the boat to civilization.It could save your life.And his.When you go to isolated places, you have to remember where you are
@havaseas2 жыл бұрын
Yes, I know. I have been lured into the feeling of comfort and safety on this boat. I know it is an illusion if I can’t operate the boat. I am working at learning!
