Two for two quality Joker films would be amazing and it's so rare for a sequel to match the quality of the original. I hope this lives up to expectations because it does look incredible. It makes me wish for the DC Black Label that was pitched around the time Joker was made, which is basically a collection of character studies on DC villains with Joker being the first. DC has some of the best villains in pop culture and many could do with their own film especially if overseen by Todd Phillips, at least in his capacity as producer. We are getting something similar in the form of the hotly anticipated TV series focusing on Colin Farrell's Penguin.. So there is an appetite for grounded, gritty, and psychological examinations of these great characters.

I have concerns. I don't want a carbon copy of the first movie and a lot of those call backs seems like it might be. Harley smudging her makeup or blood like Arthur did for example. You said concerned about her arc being a copy of Arthurs original arc, I agree. Also concerned about Lady Gaga who has big charisma and I don't think the harley actress should have more charisma than Joaquins Arthur or Joker. Wonderful to see Gary!!! The court ideas look good but surely Arthur in make up defending himself has to be a dream/imagining? They don't let delusional people defend themselves. Also the quick shot of hitting the judge with the gavel, its just a continuance of shooting Murray. But upping the horror of it. Still excited to see it, just some nagging concerns wont go away because I want it to be so good!!!!! thanks as always for your insights, love your vids.

the acting is great the engineering is the best worst creation of The Joker of all time and they still made a part two waste of money just take the joker name off of it and make a horror film make a lot sicker and they can have the money but it is not the Joker.
