Did you by chance at anytime study with Clara Roesch? Seems like I may have hear you sing in her Manhattan studio around 100th and WEA in the early 90s. I studied with her briefly going to her home in Glen Cove from time to time.

​@@amedeostabile1427 Verdi baritones are meant to have great squillante (ring) or 'bite' in the upper part of their voices, similar to a tenor's ring but the richness in the medium and lower range. Listen to Caruso (tenor) and Ruffo (baritone) singing the duet from Othello 'Si piel' and at times their voices sound very similar.
