@Vanguarded_Heart 117 Same, though refine them a bit more to build in modern amenities. Also, the Kohn Pedersen Fox/Skidmore Owings and Merrill style, which I am sure is what you are talking about, is not actually modernism, but instead it's a variant of postmodernism with modernist tendencies. If you want true, real modernism, take a look at Mies Van Der Rohe, Walter Gropius and other mid-century architects.

Funny how music from the dark knight trilogy works so well here. Makes sense though as there are alot similarities between Bruce Wayne and Anakin Skywalker.
@eggheadusa9900 Жыл бұрын
I don’t see the similarities. Batman would never betray his own morals.
@watchinginaz Жыл бұрын
@@eggheadusa9900 That is because you are oversimplifying the two characters. Both characters have had life altering traumas in which they lost people close to them which lead them into becoming who they became. Bruce's transformation into the Dark Knight may not be as extreme as Anakin's into a Dark Lord of the Sith but he still goes to a place of darkness and is fueled by anger and vengeance. The difference is that he turn it to noble purposes but he walks a very thin line every time he puts on that cape and cowl and ventures into Gotham's underbelly. He also does some very questionable things for the "greater good". He is a much greyer character than you want to admit. It is what makes him so interesting.
@eggheadusa9900 Жыл бұрын
@@watchinginaz Oversimplifying is saying they both wear black so their character is similar. They are the opposite, Bruce is a mask and Batman is his identity, while anikin is using Vader as a mask “you were right about me Luke”. Anikin couldn’t control his fears so he was corrupted by it, Batman owned his fears and made it his power. Anikin kills kids and batman spares a evil killer clown.

Neat video, but you missed many shots and in fact the first scene we saw Corscant in during TPM, when Sidious and Mal meet in secrecy to plot their revenge on the Jedi. The Royal Starship's full arrival and departure from Coruscant isn't there. The Clone assembly at the end of AOTC is also missing. ROTS' opening shot. Grievous' ship crash landing. The flight of the Republic Gunship to the Clone docking bay in ROTS. The Theta Class Shuttle escort returning to Coruscant (seen only in the main ROTS trailer), multiple Padmé apartment establishing shots, etc. In full I'd guesstimate this was only half the shots.
