This video shows the steps and gives tricks and tips on installing the fuel injection system on a 1993 C4 Corvette. Most Corvettes from 1992-1996 will have a similar setup.

I have a 1993 Camero Z28 with a Golan Crate 383 Stroker with 30 pound an hour injectors. My mechanic Wallley just installed O rings to it. I understand the process niw. Thanks to your video.😊

Yes Hasbeen, I am currently in the process of editing the film for the intake manifold gasket replacement. Stay tuned, it should be posted pretty soon. Gas eruptions can happen at anytime, be prepared!! lol

Great videos on the C4's, they've been very helpful. Where can I find & purchase a repair manual like the one on the left side of your bench at the beginning of your video? I've only been able to find a Chilton & need something more in-depth.

The best place to purchase a Factory Service Manual is online. Buy a used one that someone no longer needs and save money. You should purchase both (2) books for the C4, LT1 there is also a supplemental book for the LT5 which was in the ZR-1

after I shut engine off it sounds like injectors are clicking for about 1 minute (not exhaust noise from heat)that's why I think fuel regulator is bad ,oil smells like fuel also ,just making sure what you think thanks again great videos

Injector leak down test. Fuel pressure check. Make sure the wiring is okay.

@@ozzstars_cars You're most welcome. I did learn the hard way thou, that when replacing the O-rings on the injectors. I stuck the pick too far down, and it broke the plastic sleeve under the O-ring. One other thing that I found out was, at reassembly, when I got ready to install the new hard gaskets, that a couple of the old guide pins had broke off in the block, and I couldn't put the new gasket on until I removed the broken nylon pins with a pick. If ya ever do another video on this part of the engine, or a fuel injector change, Ya might want to mention these little tid bits.. Anyway, Your videos were a great help. I don't think I would've even attempted this without all your help. Thanks again.

Hello quick question I have a 93 c4 I want to update the distributor to a c4 distributor with the vent tube I have a timing cover from a 94 do I need any more

Your calling the Optispark a distributor I believe? The vented Opti is a different design than that 92-93 model. Using the '94 Opti would require changing the camshaft because the end of the cam is designed to fit the vented optispark. Thanks for watching -Ozz

They are factory original GM injectors.

I also have a 93 corvette convertible. What are the best injectors I can install in your opinion? I want something better then stock but I dont want to dump fuel with too much lb/hr

I would stay with 24lb for a stock engine. If you decide to do an intake and full exhaust then no more than 30lb. Multitec are the OEM. The Bosch III would be a good choice, that's what I would use.
